2. Purpose of Data Processing


The personal data you provide through our website or any other channel made available may be processed for the following purposes:

Assess your suitability for employment in relation to the position applied for, as well as for future job openings;

  • Manage job applications;
    or Communicate job offers, vacancies, and personalized recommendations based
  • Administrative tasks;
    o Perform analysis on the database in order to improve the selection process, search for talent and excellence;
  • Communication of data to team and project managers requiring professional profiles;
  • Make reports and attend other possible matters required by law or authority.
    The user guarantees that the personal data provided to ENTEX TEXTIL are true and accurate, so ENTEX TEXTIL will not be responsible for any incident arising from the inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided.

3. Data retention criteria

  • Applications for membership in programs and projects organized or managed by ENTEX TEXTIL: personal data collected in this way will be retained for the duration of the program or project in question. At the end of such term, the personal data will be kept by ENTEX TEXTIL in those cases in which liabilities may arise with ENTEX TEXTIL and/or other third parties involved in the corresponding program or project, as well as when required by the regulatory framework applicable to ENTEX TEXTIL.
    o Contracts, agreements or conventions signed with ENTEX TEXTIL: the personal data provided in such contracts, agreements or conventions will be kept until the end of the execution of the same. Subsequently, the personal data will be kept in the cases in which liabilities may arise with ENTEX TEXTIL and/or in compliance with other regulatory frameworks applicable to ENTEX TEXTIL or a regulation with the rank of law that requires the conservation of such data.
  • Curriculum Vitae Management: as a general rule, ENTEX TEXTIL will keep your Curriculum Vitae for a maximum period of one year. At the end of this period, it will be automatically destroyed, in compliance with the principle of data quality.
  • Others: the rest of the data and information provided by the user by any means, will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected.
  • In any case, personal data will be kept in a way that allows the identification and exercise of the Rights of the Affected Parties, and under the technical, legal and organizational measures that are necessary to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of such data.

4. Legitimation for the treatment


The legal basis that enables ENTEX TEXTIL to process the personal data of users, donors, beneficiaries and other interested parties is as follows:

  • The application of pre-contractual measures and the execution of a contract to carry out the processing, management and execution of any of our programs or projects.
  • The legitimate interest of ENTEX TEXTIL to manage any request for information or inquiry about our activities.
  • Consent given by job applicants for recruitment and selection purposes.
  • In the event that you enter into a contract, agreement or arrangement with us, the legal standing shall be the performance of such contract, agreement or arrangement.
  • The consent of the interested party to send him/her informative communications,
    commercial or promotional offers related to our activities, via e-mail or any other means.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation to process requests for the exercise of personal data protection rights.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation, to manage communications and/or complaints made by the user through the Ethical Channel, communication and complaints of ENTEX TEXTIL.

5. Addressees


The data will be communicated to the HR department in its capacity as data processor, domiciled at Avda. de las Canteras 26, Polígono Valmor, 28343 Valdemoro (Madrid) and with e-mail address info@entextextil.com, will be shared with Administrations and other Public Bodies in those cases in which it is imposed by legal obligation or by court order.

No international transfer of data to third countries will be made.

Also, your personal data may be transferred to third parties, with whom a contract is formalized that includes the obligations and responsibilities they assume in the processing of data, as Data Processors.

6. Origin


Personal data is obtained directly from the persons concerned and from our partners.

The categories of personal data provided to us by our partners are as follows:

  • Identification data.
    o Postal or e-mail addresses.
  • Contact telephone numbers.
    No special categories of data are processed.

7. Rights


Right of Access, Rectification and Suppression: interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not ENTEX TEXTIL is processing personal data concerning them. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right to Restriction and Opposition: in certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. ENTEX TEXTIL will stop processing the data in this case, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.

These rights may be exercised through our Ethics Channel, communication and complaints, as explained in the following section.

You must specify which of these rights you are requesting to be satisfied and, in turn, must be accompanied by a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent identification document. In case of acting through a representative, legal or voluntary, must also provide a document proving the representation and identification document of the same.

8. Attention and support


The persons concerned may communicate to ENTEX TEXTIL any questions about the processing of their personal data or interpretation of our policy, by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPD) at the address indicated at the beginning of this policy.

9. Updates and modifications


ENTEX TEXTIL reserves the right to modify and/or update the information on data protection, when necessary for the correct compliance with the Data Protection regulations. In case of any modification, the new text will be published on this page, where you can access the current policy. In each case, the relationship with users will be governed by the rules in force at the precise moment when the website is accessed.
