CARE’s active ingredients are dissolved in a cosmetic oil that is placed in microcapsules made of a special polyurethane resin so that the oil does not leak out.
Thanks to this novel technology, the microcapsules protect the natural oils from the strong industrial stress of fabrics during the production process.
However, our daily movements allow them to release the beneficial ingredients into the skin.
The microcapsules are tiny spheres between 2 and 10 micrometers in diameter that gradually release the active ingredient when the body comes into contact with the tissue, maintaining its effectiveness for years.
Its incorporation into the fabric is carried out by means of a thermofixing system that is subjected to rigorous controls to ensure its permanence.

Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance found in every human cell. One of its functions is to enhance the effects of the fibers that give firmness to our body, such as collagen and elastin. With age, there is a gradual decrease in the natural production of Q10, which can weaken the effectiveness of these fibers.
The qualities of aloe vera were already appreciated in Ancient Egypt, where it was known as the “plant of immortality”. Today, it is universally recognized as an excellent skin conditioner.
