Active ingredients for skin care
Apicell is a natural, biological and 100% organic product made from beeswax.
Beeswax combines moisturizing and emollient properties essential for skin care. It forms a protective film that retains moisture and stimulates collagen production, maintaining skin elasticity and firmness.
It prevents the appearance of wrinkles, soothes the itching and stinging of dry skin and prevents the formation of cracks by softening and strengthening the tissue. Its regenerating action promotes cell renewal and helps reduce stretch marks, acne marks and inflammations.
In addition, its antioxidant power fights free radicals and promotes melanin production. Its antiseptic and anti-allergic properties protect against bacterial and viral infections, reinforcing the skin against external agents.
Apicell is the result of in-depth I+D work.
The active ingredients and nutrients, dissolved in a cosmetic oil, are introduced in microcapsules coated with a polyurethane resin that prevents the oil from leaking.
Incorporation into the fabric is carried out by means of a thermofixing system that is subjected to rigorous controls to ensure its anchorage.
Microcapsules protect the oils from the strong industrial stress exerted on the tissues during the production process. They are tiny spheres between 2 and 10 micrometers in diameter that gradually release the active element when the body comes into contact with the tissue, maintaining their effectiveness for years.
Thanks to our R&D efforts, Apicell incorporates the benefits of flavonoids contained in red fruits.
